Amy Kline began her career helping individuals and families to overcome personal challenges as a counselor and case manager. After moving into leadership positions and witnessing nebulous feedback being given from some supervisors, she realized that while an organization can have a great vision and good intentions, the implementation can make or break a company. After over 20 years of experience working for companies as Counselor, Coach, Facilitator, Program Manager, Account Manager, Human Resources Consultant, and Director of Organizational Development, Amy went out on her own and decided to commit herself to supporting organizations, leaders, and employees to overcome these challenges directly. Amy is a hands-on leader and loves to share her experiences, knowledge, and ideas with others to support them in getting goal-driven results through awareness, engagement, and collaboration.
